I bought extra faces and ONLY HALF of them is showing up. Insstructions say to put together per instructions. Where are the instructions? This is the biggest rip off I ever paid for and that includes the lousy AI patterns all over etsy right now!.. I want my money back OR what I paid for! As you can see from the attached picture only half of the face is available. Actually only about 3/4 is available
The only thing is I order 2 times order 4426 Nov 4 2024 but didn’t understand why I couldn’t use this pattern now I have new order 5353 June 10 2025. Now I understand and 💕 them. Is there anything you can do for me So I can get more patterns with the first $20.00. I’m looking 👀 for a flamingo, Pattern do you have one?
The Hugo Handbag pattern is so fantastic, and this add-on collection is my personal favorite because I adore penguins. I love how my penguin bag turned out, I can't wait to make more!
